Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for any water pump model at any time prior to the dispatch of the product. Once the product is handed over to our logistics partner and a tracking ID is generated, cancellations cannot be processed directly. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@noxmill.online or call us at +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID.

2. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible to return your water pump within **7 days** of delivery under the following conditions:

• The pump must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original box packaging.
• All included warranty cards, manuals, impellers, or supplementary parts must be returned intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of installation damage, dry-running burnouts, or physical drops at the user's end.

3. Damage During Transit

All Noxmill pumps are shipped in heavy-duty wooden crates or high-strength cardboard boxes. If you receive a pump casing that is cracked, or motor shafts that are bent, please take photos immediately and contact us within **24 hours** of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or process a 100% refund.

4. Refund Processing (5-7 Working Days)

Once your returned pump is received at our factory in Ranchi, Jharkhand, our technical inspection team will verify its contents within 48 hours. Upon approval:

• Refunds are initiated back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI wallet).
• It generally takes 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to settle in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing cycle.
